(2) Clean up the accumulated dust and leaked capsules around the equipment in a timely manner every day.
(3) After work every day, in addition to checking and completing the above content one by one.
(4) When changing varieties or specifications, equipment cleaning should be carried out
a. Loosen the fixing screws of the front and rear bearing covers, remove the bearing covers, and wash the half of the outer cylinder with a brush.
b. Loosen the fixing screws of the brush side coupling to detach the brush from the motor coupling.
c. Take out the brush, mesh cover, and spring together, then open the mesh cover and remove the brush.
d. Remove the vacuum cleaner suction tube and filter bag, etc.
e. Clean each disassembled component with drinking water until there are no visible dirt, oil stains, or residue from the previous product. Rinse, scrub, or rinse once with drinking water, and then rinse, scrub, or rinse once with purified water. Wipe dry and reinstall the machine.
4. Evaluation of cleaning effect: After treatment, the accessories and equipment are visually free of dirt, oil stains, and residue from previous products inside and outside.
5. Storage of cleaning tools: After using the cleaning tools according to the cleaning operation procedures for production tools and containers in the clean area, they should be stored in the cleaning tool storage room.
6. Attention:
(1) When cleaning the machine, the electrical parts should be kept dry and not wet.
(2) When cleaning the brush, it is not necessary to remove the bearings at both ends of the brush, but the bearings should be kept free from rust and clamping.
(3) The cleaned brush should be hung and not placed flat.
