1、 Equipment preparation and debugging
1. Connect the vacuum system
Connect the two suction tubes of the industrial vacuum cleaner to the bottom of the polishing sealing cylinder (dust removal) and the top of the waste remover (waste removal) respectively to ensure sealing.
2. Parameter settings
After the power is turned on, adjust the speed of the polishing machine (usually it is started at a low speed and gradually adjusted to an appropriate value).
Control the amount of waste air through the industrial vacuum cleaner adjustment board, and test the machine with a small amount of waste shell capsules to observe the waste removal effect (excessive negative pressure can easily suck qualified capsules, while insufficient negative pressure can result in incomplete waste removal).
2、 Operation process
1. Feeding and polishing
Pour the capsules to be processed into the hopper, and use a rotating brush to drive the capsules to roll inside the sieve tube, achieving physical polishing and dust removal.
During the polishing process, the powder and fragments are sucked into the vacuum cleaner through the mesh holes for recycling.
2. Sorting and rejection
Qualified capsules fall to the discharge port due to their heavy weight, and lightweight waste such as empty shells and fragments are sucked into the waste remover under the action of airflow.
The sorting device further separates capsules with slight insufficient capacity or separated body caps through compressed air pressure regulation (displayed on the pressure gauge of the pressure reducing valve).
3、 Precautions
1. Real time monitoring: Check the polishing status through the observation window and clean the vacuum cleaner filter screen in a timely manner to prevent blockage.
2. Maintenance requirement: Clean the polishing machine and vacuum cleaner after each shift to ensure equipment hygiene and performance.
3. Safety regulations: The emergency stop button should be in a quickly accessible position and should not come into contact with rotating parts during operation.

2. The sieve vibration sorting system can accurately remove unqualified capsules with an error controlled within ± 0.02mm.
