The working process of a condenser is an exothermic process, so the temperature of the condenser is relatively high. However, power plants use many condensers to condense the steam discharged from turbines. In refrigeration plants, condensers are used to condense refrigeration vapors such as ammonia and fluorocarbons. In the petrochemical industry, condensers are used to condense hydrocarbons and other chemical vapors. In the distillation process, the device that converts the vapor into liquid is also called a condenser. All condensers operate by taking away the heat of gases or vapors. Do you understand the principle of condenser equipment? Now let me take you through it.
1. Gas passes through a long tube (usually coiled into a solenoid) to dissipate heat into the surrounding air. Metals such as copper have strong thermal conductivity and are often used to transport steam. To improve the efficiency of the condenser, heat dissipation fins with excellent thermal conductivity are often attached to the pipeline to increase the heat dissipation area and accelerate air convection through a fan, taking away heat;
2. The refrigeration principle of a general refrigeration machine is that the compressor compresses the working fluid from low-temperature and low-pressure gas into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which is then condensed into a medium temperature and high-pressure liquid through a condenser. After being throttled by a throttle valve, it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid. The low-temperature and low-pressure liquid working fluid is sent to the evaporator, where it absorbs heat and evaporates into low-temperature and low-pressure steam, which is then sent back to the compressor to complete the refrigeration cycle;
3. A single-stage vapor compression refrigeration system consists of four basic components: a refrigeration compressor, a condenser, a throttle valve, and an evaporator, which are connected in sequence by pipelines to form a closed system. The refrigerant continuously circulates in the system, undergoes state changes, and exchanges heat with the outside world.
