The maintenance of the emulsification head at the bottom of the tank is the key to ensuring efficient operation of the equipment, and special attention should be paid to disassembly and cleaning, wear detection, lubrication and sealing, and electrical protection
1、 Standardized disassembly and deep cleaning
1. Power off disassembly
Before operation, the power must be disconnected and the equipment locked. The emulsion head components must be disassembled in an orderly manner according to the assembly markings to avoid confusion of component positions.
2. Residual removal
Soak the emulsifying head in a specialized cleaning agent and use an ultrasonic instrument to treat the solidified material in the gaps between the rotor and stator. Fine pores need to be cleaned with a soft bristled brush.
3. Dry and rust proof treatment
Immediately dry the moisture with compressed air after cleaning, and apply food grade rust inhibitor to stainless steel parts to prevent oxidation during standing.
2、 Wear detection and precision calibration
1. Gap measurement
Regularly use a feeler gauge to check the clearance between the rotor and stator. If it exceeds the value specified in the equipment manual (usually 0.1-0.3mm), replace the component.
2. Dynamic balance verification
Before high-speed operation, a dynamic balance test is required to prevent bearing damage caused by eccentric vibration.
3. Structural integrity check
Observe the blades for deformation, cracks, or abnormal wear. If the thickness loss exceeds one-third of the original, it must be replaced.
3、 Sealing system maintenance and lubrication management
1. Seal condition assessment
Check the spring elasticity and sealing ring elasticity of the mechanical seal. If hardening or cracking occurs, replace with spare parts of the same model immediately.
2. Contact zone lubrication exclusion zone
It is strictly prohibited to apply ordinary lubricating oil to the contact surface of the emulsifying head rotor. Only food grade silicone grease is allowed to be used for micro lubrication at non-contact bearings.
3. Sealing surface treatment
Apply high-temperature sealing grease evenly on the sealing surface before assembly to ensure a tight fit.
4、 Electrical Protection and Storage Specification
1. Motor protection
Long term shutdown requires measuring the insulation resistance of the motor winding (≥ 0.5M Ω), and drying treatment is required in humid environments.
2. Anti inversion storage
After disassembly, the emulsifying head should be hung vertically for storage to avoid deformation of the seal due to inversion.
3. Environmental control
The storage area should be kept dry and ventilated, with a relative humidity of ≤ 60%, and kept away from corrosive gases.
Key Reminder: After each maintenance, a no-load trial run is required to monitor for any abnormal noise and detect vibration values. Once confirmed to be normal, production can be resumed.
