1、 Preparation work
Before using a stirred fermentation tank, the following preparations need to be made:
1. Formulate liquids and assemble tanks according to production requirements.
2. Check the sealing condition of the tank and whether the mixer is installed and the control system is functioning properly.
3. Thoroughly clean the tank and mixer to avoid contamination of the fermentation products.
4. Connect the assembled fermentation tank to the power and discharge pipelines, and check if the installation is secure.
2、 Operation steps
After completing the preparation work, perform the following steps:
1. Turn on the power, start the tank and mixer control system, and set parameters such as mixing, fermentation, temperature, and pressure.
2. Inject the liquid into the tank and seal the tank. When injecting liquid, attention should be paid to whether the pipeline is connected and the flow rate is normal to avoid liquid leakage or overflow.
3. Start the mixing and fermentation process, monitor parameters such as temperature and pressure inside the tank. If any abnormal situation is found, it should be promptly investigated and corresponding measures should be taken
4. During the fermentation process, it is necessary to regularly sample and test the progress and quality of the fermentation products. When sampling, sterile operating procedures should be strictly followed to avoid contamination of the fermentation products.
5. After fermentation, the machine should be stopped and the tank should be cleaned and maintained for the next production task.
3、 When operating a stirred fermentation tank, the following safety precautions should be taken into account:
1. Ensure good grounding of electrical equipment to avoid electrical safety accidents.
2. When performing maintenance and repair operations, the power should be cut off and locked first to avoid danger caused by misoperation.
3. When dangerous situations such as abnormal tank pressure or liquid leakage occur, the machine should be stopped immediately and emergency measures should be taken to ensure personnel safety.
