Connect the interface flange to the slurry output pipeline, allowing the slurry to flow evenly through the filter. After a period of trial use, determine the cleaning cycle.
When cleaning, first loosen the clamping screw on the cover, remove the sleeve cover component, and then pull out the magnetic rod. The iron impurities adsorbed on the sleeve will automatically fall off. When installing after cleaning, first insert the sleeve into the cylinder, tighten the clamping screws, and then insert the magnetic rod cover into the sleeve to continue using.

1. The core part of the filter is the filter element, which is composed of special materials and is a vulnerable component that requires special protection;
2. After the filter has been working for a period of time, the filter element blocks a certain amount of impurities. At this time, the pressure drop increases and the flow rate decreases. It is necessary to remove the impurities in the filter in a timely manner and clean the filter element at the same time;
3. When removing impurities, special attention should be paid to the precision filter element, which must not be deformed or damaged. Otherwise, if the filter element is installed again, the purity of the filtered medium will not meet the design requirements;
4. Some precision filters cannot be reused multiple times, such as bag filters, polypropylene filters, etc;
5. If the filter element is found to be deformed or damaged, it needs to be replaced immediately.
