Conventional knowledge of aluminum alloy explosion-proof box
Date: 2022-03-02Read: 8

Aluminum alloy explosion-proof box device is a low-voltage distribution device that assembles switchgear, measuring instruments, protective appliances, and auxiliary equipment in a closed or semi closed metal cabinet or screen according to electrical wiring requirements. During normal operation, the circuit can be connected or disconnected using manual or automatic switches. When there is a malfunction or abnormal operation, use protective appliances to cut off the circuit or sound an alarm. It can allocate electrical energy reasonably and facilitate the opening and closing operation of the circuit. It has a high level of safety protection and can intuitively display the conductivity status of the circuit. Easy to manage and facilitate maintenance in case of circuit failure.

Installation conditions:

1. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;

2. The ambient air temperature is between -20 ℃ and+40 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed+35 ℃;

3. When the upper limit temperature of the installation location is+40 ℃, the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 50%;

4. Allow for higher relative humidity at lower temperatures;

5. In places without significant shaking, impact, or vibration;

6. In places with explosive environments;

7. In places without corrosive gases or vapors that can damage metals and insulation;

8. In places where there is no dripping or other liquid intrusion;

9. The pollution level is level 3.

Scope of application:
1. Suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 explosive gas environments.
2. Suitable for Zone 20, Zone 21, and Zone 22 environments with combustible dust.
3. Suitable for explosive gas environments of IIA, IIB, and IIC levels.
4. Suitable for environments with temperature groups T1-T6.
5. Suitable for explosive hazardous environments such as petroleum extraction, storage, chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, printing and dyeing.
6. Power distribution for lighting or power lines.
