Operating Procedures
1、 Preparation work
Before using a microporous membrane filter, some preparation work needs to be done first. as follows:
1. Confirm whether the filter meets the requirements, such as whether the filter model, filter aperture, filter medium, etc. meet the requirements.
2. Inspect and clean the filter to ensure that there are no dirt or impurities on the surface of the filter.
3. Inspect and maintain the filter and its accessories, such as confirming whether the seals are intact and whether the pipeline connections are tight.
2、 Start up and run
After confirming the completion of the preparation work, the microporous membrane filter can be put into operation. The specific operation steps are as follows:
1. Open the inlet valve and drain valve to fill the filter with water before closing the drain valve.
2. Connect the power supply of the microporous membrane filter, turn on the microporous membrane filter switch, start heating, and wait for the filter to heat up to the set temperature
3. Pump the water to be filtered into the microporous membrane filter and wait for the filtration to complete before turning off the pump.
3、 Shutdown operation
After using the microporous membrane filter, it is necessary to perform a shutdown operation to fully protect the equipment and extend its service life. The specific operation steps are as follows:
1. Close the inlet and outlet valves of the filter first, and slowly release the pressure inside the filter.
2. Turn off the microporous membrane filter switch and stop heating operation.
3. Disconnect the power supply of the microporous membrane filter, wait for the filter to cool down, and then close the valves of the inlet and outlet pipelines.
Maintenance Regulations
1、 Daily maintenance
Daily maintenance is an important measure to maintain the good operating condition of microporous membrane filters. The specific maintenance contents are as follows:
1. Regularly clean the filter and its accessories to ensure that the surface of the microporous membrane filter is free of dirt or impurities.
2. Replace the seals at regular intervals to ensure their sealing performance.
3. Regularly check the various indicators of the microporous membrane filter, such as suspended solids, microorganisms, etc., to ensure that they meet the standards.
2、 Seasonal maintenance
Seasonal maintenance refers to different maintenance measures for microporous membrane filters in different seasons to adapt to different working environments. The specific maintenance contents are as follows:
1. Summer maintenance: Strengthen the cooling of microporous membrane filters to prevent overheating and damage.
2. Winter maintenance: Strengthen the heating of microporous membrane filters to prevent pipeline icing.
