When it is necessary to discharge gas from the pipeline, the air inside the pipeline enters the body cavity under the pressure of water and is discharged from the sanitary exhaust valve exhaust nozzle. The water in the pipeline fills the body cavity, causing the floating ball to move upward under the buoyancy of water, blocking the exhaust nozzle and achieving self sealing. During normal operation of the pipeline, the air in the water is continuously discharged into the upper part of the exhaust valve body cavity under the pressure, forcing the floating ball to descend and leave its original sealed position. At this time, the air is discharged from the exhaust nozzle, and the floating ball returns to its original position for self sealing. Therefore, the sanitary exhaust valve is always open during normal operation, and the floating ball continues to repeat the above actions, while the air is continuously discharged. When it is necessary to inspect or clean the body cavity, the valve should be closed.

1. Install at the top of the pipeline or hot water boiler, without tilting, and lead the exhaust port to the sink or water pool.

2. A valve should be added between the installation of the exhaust valve and the pipeline connection for easy maintenance.

When testing the water pressure of the pipeline, the valve must be closed.

When there is water leakage, remove and clean the valve chamber to remove any harmful substances, allowing the piston to seal up and down freely.
