Spherical vacuum concentration tank is a common chemical equipment, mainly used for concentration treatment of wastewater or other waste water, effectively removing harmful substances from the wastewater, and reducing the volume of wastewater, thereby reducing treatment costs.
A spherical vacuum concentration tank is a circular container typically made of steel or other alloys. Its main working principle is to use heating and cooling effects, as well as high-speed rotation inside the tank, to separate the moisture and other impurities in the wastewater, thereby achieving concentration. The main workflow is as follows:
1. Wastewater entering the tank: Wastewater will enter the tank through pipelines. Due to the spherical design of the tank, a large amount of water mist can be formed inside the tank, which begins to separate water and impurities upon entry.
2. Heat exchange: The tank is equipped with a heater and a cooler inside. After entering the tank, the wastewater will first be heated by the heater, causing the moisture in it to evaporate, and then cooled by the cooler, thereby causing the moisture in the water to condense into water wine, which then falls back to the bottom of the tank.
3. Rotation function: There is a high-speed rotating device installed inside the tank. When the wastewater is heated and cooled inside the tank, under the action of high-speed rotation, water droplets will rise up along the wall of the tank and eventually reach the tank mouth, and then be discharged out of the tank through the exhaust pipe.
4. Wastewater concentration: Under the high temperature and high pressure inside the tank, water evaporates and wastewater is concentrated. The accumulated dirt at the bottom of the tank can be discharged through the sewage pipeline, achieving the dual effect of wastewater concentration and dirt removal.
