1、 Introduction to aerator
The QHBQ series bottom mounted aerator produced by QH can be used for oxygen supply and mixing in aerobic treatment of fermentation tanks. It integrates pumps, blowers, and gas-liquid mixing enhancers, all operated under the bottom of the tank, leaving no room for oxygen supply. It mainly consists of a star shaped impeller, a stator (distributor) surrounding the impeller, and an air pipe that communicates with the atmosphere. The rotation of the impeller creates a vacuum inside the stator and automatically sucks in air through the air tube. Water and air enter the impeller through the inlet between the rotor and stator, and are fully mixed inside the impeller. The gas is dispersed into small bubbles with a diameter of about 100 microns, forming a huge gas-liquid interface area, achieving efficient oxygen transfer and mixing.
2、 Operating principle of aerator
The rotor or impeller located in the middle of the machine casing is firmly installed on the machine shaft and consists of many specific blades, which depend on the model of the machine. The impeller blades transfer energy to the medium through power and pressure, and the rotating direction of the rotor flows towards the stator distributor, where it is sprayed out through the distributor channel to form a gas water mixture. The machine cannot be reversed. When viewed from the direction of the motor, it rotates clockwise.
