The spherical vacuum concentrator mainly consists of four parts: a jacket type concentration tank, an air filter screen type liquid trap, a tubular condenser, and a liquid receiving storage tank. The concentration tank is a jacket structure. Other required vacuum systems (such as vacuum pumps, buffer tanks, etc.), liquid measuring tanks, discharge pumps, etc. can be provided by the customer themselves or by our factory according to customer requirements. Spherical concentration tanks can be used for processes such as concentration, distillation, and recovery of organic solvents in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals. Due to the use of vacuum concentration, the spherical concentration tank has a short concentration time and will not damage the effective components of thermosensitive materials. This concentration equipment is made of stainless steel in contact with the material (other materials can also be used, customized according to user needs), which has good corrosion resistance, durability, and meets GMP requirements.
The spherical vacuum concentrator mainly has the following characteristics:
1. This device uses external heating through a jacket in a vacuum state. It has advanced structure, low evaporation temperature, high evaporation capacity, and fast concentration speed, which can meet the low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive materials. It can concentrate materials with high soap content and easy foaming.
2. This device has a compact structure, easy operation, convenient cleaning, and a concentration relative density of up to 1.3-1.4 (generally for traditional Chinese medicine infusion). It can concentrate other evaporated extracts.
3. The contact parts between this equipment and materials are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and meets the requirements of drug and food hygiene, as well as GMP requirements.
3. Low temperature distillation uses a wide range of materials and is more efficient than atmospheric distillation.
4. High evaporation efficiency and less prone to scaling.
