VHP transfer chamber (vaporized hydrogen peroxide transfer chamber) has a wide range of application fields, mainly including medical environment, pharmaceutical industry, food processing industry, laboratory, and air purification.
The maintenance and upkeep methods of VHP transmission cabin mainly include the following aspects:
1. Daily maintenance:
Cleaning work: After daily production, soak non-woven fabric in purified water and wring it dry. First, wipe the four walls (including the air supply and return ports), outer frame, and handle inside the transfer window. Then soak the non-woven fabric in disinfectant and wring it dry, and wipe the above parts again. Finally, clean and disinfect the outer door and handle of the transfer window in the same way.
Regular inspection: Check the operating components of the transmission window such as motors, chains, bearings, etc. daily to ensure their normal operation, and inspect the integrity of the sealing strips and gaskets.
2. Deep cleaning and disinfection:
Cleaning frequency: Clean after the end of daily production. If the transfer window has not been left idle for more than 3 days after cleaning and disinfection, it should be cleaned and disinfected again before being used again.
Disinfection method: Use disinfectant solutions such as 0.1% New Jie Er Mie and 0.5% Peroxyacetic acid, soak a cloth, wring out and wipe the inner wall and outer frame of the transfer window, and finally clean and disinfect the outer door and handle of the transfer window in the same way.
3. Electrical system maintenance:
• Power cord and switch inspection: Regularly check whether the power cord and switch are normal, and replace them in a timely manner if they are damaged. At the same time, check whether the control panel is sensitive and promptly handle any abnormalities.
Electrical component cleaning: Use dry compressed air to blow electrical components, remove dust and debris, and avoid using water or damp cloth to prevent damage to electrical components.
4. Lubrication and replacement:
Lubrication maintenance: Follow the manufacturer's instructions to regularly replenish an appropriate amount of lubricant to the transmission components of the transfer window, and promptly remove excess lubricant to prevent contamination of the clean environment.
• Component replacement: Regularly inspect and replace worn components such as sealing rings, gaskets, etc. to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Through the above maintenance and upkeep measures, the service life of VHP transmission cabin can be effectively extended, ensuring its normal operation and safe use.
