Operation method of stainless steel small grinder
Date: 2025-04-27Read: 4
1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection
Confirm that the grinding chamber and blade are made of 304/316 stainless steel material, check if the blade wear exceeds 0.5mm, and test if the grounding resistance is ≤ 4 Ω.
Check that the insulation layer of the power cord is not damaged and that the frequency converter is functioning properly.
2. Cleaning and disinfection
Wipe the grinding chamber, feed inlet, and contact parts with 75% alcohol, with a focus on removing oil stains and metal debris.
3. Material pretreatment
Crush the raw materials into particles ≤ 5mm and control the moisture content at 8% -12% (pre freezing treatment is recommended for hard materials).
2、 Parameter settings
1. Speed regulation
Select the speed through the frequency converter's gear division:
• 脆性物料: 2000-3000rpm
• Resilient material: 3500-4000rpm.
2. Grinding time
The initial grinding time is set at 3 minutes, and subsequent adjustments are made based on the particle size of the discharged material, with a maximum duration of 15 minutes per grinding.
3. Temperature control
Set the motor temperature protection threshold to ≤ 70 ℃, and it is recommended to shut down for cooling every 30 minutes during continuous operation.
3、 Operation process
1. No load test machine
Idle for 1-2 minutes, observe if the amplitude is less than 0.05mm, confirm there is no abnormal noise before feeding.
2. Staged feeding
The initial feeding amount is 1/3 of the grinding chamber volume (about 50-80g), and gradually increases to 2/3 after stable operation.
3. Dynamic adjustment
Real time control of the discharge particle size through the gap adjustment knob (each adjustment amount ≤ 0.1mm), it is recommended to use a progressive grinding strategy for hard materials.
4、 Safety regulations
1. Personal protection
Cutting resistant gloves (EN388 standard), impact resistant goggles, and KN95 dust masks must be worn.
2. Operational requirements
Maintain a grip position with both hands, keep the device at a distance of ≥ 30cm from the body, and prohibit touching moving parts with bare hands.
3. Abnormal handling
When there is severe vibration, odor, or sudden temperature rise, immediately press the emergency stop button and disconnect the power supply.
5、 Maintenance points
1. Daily cleaning
Use a nylon brush to clean the residue on the blade, and stubborn stains can be removed by soaking them in food grade citric acid solution.
2. Lubrication and maintenance
Inject food grade lubricating grease (NLGI grade 2) into the bearing every 50 hours, with an oil injection amount not exceeding 70% of the bearing chamber volume.
3. Consumables replacement
When the wear of the cutting head is greater than 0.5mm or there is a gap, it needs to be replaced. The new cutting head needs to be run in for 10 minutes without rotation.
6、 Typical problem handling
1. Discharge clumping: If the moisture content of the material is too high (>15%) or the gap between the cutting heads is too small, the material needs to be dried and the gap adjusted.
2. Motor overheating: Reduce the single feeding amount by 20%, clean the dust in the heat dissipation holes, and check the voltage stability.
3. Abnormal noise: Immediately stop the machine to check if the bearings are lacking oil and eliminate the risk of metal foreign objects getting stuck.
This operating standard integrates the core requirements of laboratory equipment, industrial grinding machines, and stainless steel surface treatment technology, and particularly strengthens the hygiene control standards for food grade material equipment. It is recommended to use a laser particle size analyzer to calibrate the grinding accuracy every quarter to ensure stable equipment performance.
