Automatic blister packaging machine, also known as automatic disc packaging machine, is a packaging machinery commonly used in industries such as medicine, food, cosmetics, etc. The flat automatic bubble wrap packaging machine is an improvement on the basis of the automatic bubble wrap packaging machine, adopting a flat structure with the characteristics of simple operation and easy maintenance.
The process principle of the flat automatic bubble wrap packaging machine is mainly divided into the following steps:
1. Material roll sheet
The material of flat automatic bubble wrap packaging machine is generally roll shaped sheet, such as PVC sheet, PET sheet, etc. Before starting processing, it is necessary to place the coil into the device for material roll sheets and tighten the strip material.
2. Fill in
When the material enters the filling device, it is heated and pressurized through the filling rod to shape the material into the shape of a blister. In this step, the filling pressure, time, temperature and other parameters need to be finely controlled to ensure the quality of the bubble cap
3. Sealing
After filling, the material is sealed by a sealing device. The significant difficulty lies in the longitudinal sealing of the bubble cap, which requires control at the beginning of material filling to ensure the sealing effect. During the sealing process, the temperature should be controlled within a certain range to avoid material thermal deformation.
4. Cut off
After sealing, it is necessary to cut off each unit of the blister. Using equal angle cutting method on the cutting machine can ensure that the adhesion of the edge conveyor belt adhesive layer of the bubble cover is not increased.
5. Conveying
After the operation is completed, the blister needs to be transported on the conveyor belt for the next step of operation.
