The process principle of the flat blister packaging machine is mainly based on thermoforming technology, which completes the sealed packaging of drugs or items through multiple processes. The core process and key technologies are as follows:
1、 Process steps
1. Heating softening
The molded film (such as PVC or aluminum-plastic composite material) is heated to a softened state by a flat plate heating device for subsequent molding.
2. Blow molding
Using compressed air to blow softened film into a flat forming mold, forming a specific geometric shape of bubble cover. This process is called positive pressure forming, with uniform wall thickness and stable shape of the blister, suitable for larger or complex structures of the blister.
3. Filling material
The automatic filling device accurately places drugs, capsules, and other packaged materials into the formed blister.
4. Heat sealed seal
The filled blister is sent to a flat sealing device, and under a set temperature (usually 120-200 ℃) and pressure, the covering film (such as aluminum foil) is heat sealed with the formed film to form an airtight packaging.
5. Post processing procedure
Typing and embossing: Printing batch number, production date and other information on the surface of the sealed material, and pressing the broken line.
Traction and cutting: The material is transported to the punching station through a traction device and cut into independent sections according to the preset size.
2、 Key technologies
1. Positive pressure molding technology: Through compressed air blow molding, compared to negative pressure vacuum forming, it can achieve more uniform bubble cover wall thickness and complex shapes.
2. Temperature control system: Accurately control the temperature of the heating device and sealing device to ensure material softening and sealing effect.
3. Automated conveying: The conveyor chain and stepper device achieve the full process automation connection of material from forming to cutting.
3、 Equipment core components
1. Blister/molding mold: a flat mold used for blow molding blister packs.
2. Sealing mold: a flat mold with heating function, which completes the sealing of the bubble cover and the covering film.
3. Punching device: Cutting finished product blocks while recycling corner waste.
4、 Technological advantages
1. Stable quality: Positive pressure molding technology ensures consistent shape of the blister and high sealing strength.
2. Efficient production: The full process automation design significantly improves efficiency and reduces manual intervention.
Through the above process, the flat blister packaging machine has achieved highly integrated production from material processing to finished product packaging, and is widely used in fields such as pharmaceuticals and food.
