Working principle of liquid bubble wrap packaging machine
Date: 2025-02-17Read: 4
The working principle of the liquid blister packaging machine mainly includes the following steps: heating, forming, filling, heat sealing, and subsequent processing. Specifically:
1. Heating and softening: The heating system of the liquid bubble wrap packaging machine heats the plastic film to a suitable temperature and softens it. Heating methods may include hot air flow heating and thermal radiation heating to ensure uniformity and efficiency of heating.
2. Molding: When the softened film enters the molding device, it is embossed into a pattern with a bubble cover shape through an embossing template. The molding mold uses compressed air or vacuum suction to blow or vacuum soften the film into a blister shape. This process requires precise control of the shape and size of the mold, as well as the heating temperature of the film, to ensure the accuracy and aesthetics of the blister.
3. Filling: After the bubble cap is formed, the filling device will quantitatively fill the liquid product into the bubble cap. This process usually uses a multi column quantitative automatic filling device to ensure accurate and uniform product quantity inside each blister.
4. Heat sealing: After filling is completed, the heat sealing device will seal the covering substrate material such as aluminum foil or plastic film onto the blister. This process uses a plate or roller heat sealer to seal the cover film and bottom film together at an appropriate temperature and pressure.
5. Subsequent processing: After the heat sealing is completed, the blister packaging machine will use a typing and embossing device to print batch numbers and press out identification information such as broken lines on the packaging. The cutting device will punch continuous packaging materials into product blocks of specified size, and set up a waste collection device to collect and process unqualified packaging materials.
