The operation steps of the liquid capsule filling machine mainly involve capsule arrangement, liquid medicine filling, sealing and other links. The process can be summarized as follows:
1. Equipment preparation and startup
Connect the power, press the host start switch, and idle at low speed for 2 minutes to check if the vacuum system and vacuum cleaner are working properly.
Adjust the vibration intensity knob to achieve the appropriate vibration intensity for the capsule arrangement plate (usually clockwise rotation adjustment).
2. Capsule arrangement and separation
Place the capsule cap and body into the corresponding sorting tray (about 300 capsules each time), and use vibration to make the capsule mouth face up and fall into the circular hole.
If some capsules are oriented incorrectly, they can be adjusted by gently pressing the cap.
Use a connector to push out the capsule from below the sorting tray, so that the cap and body fall into the connector holes respectively.
3. Liquid filling
Place the capsule body adapter in the medication tray, cover it with an organic glass frame, and pour in the medication. Scrape off excess liquid.
Some equipment requires stable loading through pellet devices or five rounds of filling compression.
4. Hat fitting and sealing
Flip the capsule cap connecting plate with the opening facing downwards and align it with the filled body plate.
Place the pressure rod under the pressure plate for positioning, and after completing the compression, take out the finished product.
5. Cleaning and maintenance
After production, clean the equipment according to SOP and record the operating status.
Regularly check the vacuum pipeline (pressure range 0.02~0.04MPa) and module blockage.
6. Key precautions:
The difference in filling volume should comply with pharmacopoeia standards, and adjusting the height or filling pressure of the powder can optimize accuracy.
Insufficient vacuum suction may lead to capsule separation failure, and fragments need to be cleaned in a timely manner.
