1、 Daily cleaning and basic maintenance
1. Surface cleaning
Immediately soak and soften stains with water or weakly acidic cleaning agents after each use to avoid scratching the surface with hard objects. Use a soft cloth or sponge to gently brush along the texture direction of the filter screen.
Stubborn stains can be treated with an ultrasonic cleaning machine combined with a specialized cleaning solution. After completion, thoroughly rinse off any remaining cleaning agents.
2. Rust prevention treatment
When used in a humid environment for a long time, it is necessary to wipe off the moisture in a timely manner and apply anti rust oil if necessary to avoid surface oxidation and rust.
2、 Regular inspection and in-depth maintenance
1. Filter element/mesh maintenance
Check the blockage of the filter screen every 1-3 months, and clean it immediately if the pressure difference significantly increases; Mild blockage can be backwashed, while severe blockage or damage requires replacement of the filter element.
Close the inlet and outlet valves and release pressure when disassembling the filter element to avoid splashing residual media; After cleaning, check if the filter screen is deformed to ensure that the filtration accuracy meets the standard after installation.
2. Inspection of sealing and connecting components
Regularly check whether the flange cover, bolts, and other connections are loose, whether the sealing ring is aging and cracking, and promptly replace any seals with elastic failure.
When installing the cover plate, use a diagonal sequence to gradually tighten the bolts to avoid deformation or leakage caused by uneven force.
3、 Maintenance under special working conditions
1. Highly polluting or corrosive media
If filtering strong acid/alkali media, the cleaning cycle should be shortened to once a week, and the shell should be checked for signs of corrosion after cleaning.
When shutting down, it is necessary to thoroughly drain the residual medium to prevent crystallization or sedimentation from accelerating equipment corrosion.
2. Long term disuse treatment
After cleaning and drying, place a desiccant inside to prevent moisture, wrap the outside with a dust cover, and store in a ventilated and dark environment.
4、 Operating standards and safety
1. Before maintenance, the power must be cut off or valves must be closed to ensure that there is no pressure residue in the system.
2. Avoid disassembling core components without authorization. Filter element replacement or electrical faults should be operated by professionals.
