Daily maintenance and upkeep methods for stainless steel mixing tanks:

1. Stainless steel mixing tanks should be operated strictly according to the working pressure and temperature indicated on the product nameplate to avoid damage to the stainless steel tank body and personal danger.

2. The stainless steel mixing tank strictly follows the regulations on cooling, oil injection, and other aspects in the product manual, and is well maintained and serviced.

3. When using all valves of the stainless steel mixing tank, the valve stem (needle) should be slowly rotated to tightly press the cover to achieve a sealing effect. Do not apply too much force when closing to avoid damaging the sealing surface.

4. The electrical control instrument of the stainless steel mixing tank should be operated by a dedicated person and equipped with overload protection facilities according to regulations.

If there are minor malfunctions in the mixing tank during use, you can first troubleshoot the cause yourself.

1. When there is a leak at the sealing surface, tighten the screw again and grind and polish the sealing surface again.

2. Repair and replace the valve stem (needle) and valve port in case of leakage at the valve.

3. The outer magnet rotates, but the inner magnet does not. If the motor current decreases, notify the supplier to replace the inner magnet.

4. When there is frictional noise inside the magnetic coupling transmission, contact the supplier and replace the bearings and shaft sleeves.
