The main tank body and accessories that come into contact with drugs are made of SUS304 imported stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and meets GMP pharmaceutical standards. In order to facilitate slag discharge, a stainless steel filter screen is installed inside the bottom slag discharge door. The start and close of the slag discharge door are controlled by a cylinder, and the compressed air pressure required for the cylinder is 0.6~0.7MPa to ensure smooth operation. The control of the air circuit is equipped with a simple control device in our factory, which can also be designed according to user requirements.

　　Multi functional extraction tankThe working principle is a simple decoction process, in which Chinese herbs are soaked in water and heated with steam for a certain period of time to extract the effective ingredients. The length of decoction time can be determined according to different properties. Due to the varying shapes of Chinese herbal medicines and the difficulty of extracting effective ingredients, it is not possible to establish a uniform feeding amount. It is recommended that the feeding amount should not exceed two-thirds of the equipment capacity. When extracting aromatic oil, the secondary steam is condensed and cooled, and the oil-water enters the oil-water separator. The clear oil is not discharged from the separator, while the heavy oil is extracted from the lower part, and the water is discharged or refluxed through overflow.

It has the advantages of high efficiency and easy operation. The tank is equipped with a CIP cleaning automatic rotating spray head to ensure cleaning and compliance with GMP standards. Surface mirror polishing and matte treatment are available for users to choose from. The whole set includes an extraction tank, condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, sight cup, filter, and extraction liquid pump.
