At this time, most of the gas short circuits through certain channels in the bed in the form of "channeling" and leaves, greatly deteriorating gas-solid contact. This should be avoided. A well-designed distribution board should be able to suppress unevenness in the bed, that is, when certain parts of the bed experience a decrease in pressure drop and an increase in airflow velocity, the resistance generated by the distribution board should be able to suppress the increase in airflow, thereby suppressing the deterioration of fluidization.

The air intake for hot air is generally located in the auxiliary room, installed together with the heating device and muffler. There are no direct doors and windows between the auxiliary room and the clean area. The air cleanliness level in the auxiliary computer room is often relatively low, which can affect the quality of medicinal hot air. This requires the equipment itself to have a good purification device, otherwise the unpurified air will contaminate the drugs and it will be difficult to meet GMP requirements. At present, many devices in China are equipped with air treatment units such as high-efficiency filters, medium efficiency filters, steam heating (or electric heating), and filters. Although the air treatment system is equipped with primary, secondary, and tertiary filters, as the operating time increases, the filters may become clogged or damaged. Currently, only the appearance can be used to determine whether replacement is necessary, lacking theoretical basis. Early replacement will increase costs, while delaying replacement will bring the risk of air quality decline, thereby affecting the quality of the product.
