1、 Accuracy before installation

2. 4. Connection of inlet and outlet: According to the design requirements, install inlet and outlet ports on the host and connect them to the on-site pipelines. 3、 Debugging after installation

2. Drive device debugging: After connection, test the motor of the main unit of the column hopper mixer, check the stability, speed, noise, etc. of the gear device and transmission torque to ensure smooth operation of the equipment drive device.
3. Mixing debugging: Mix raw materials according to the actual needs and requirements of production, while adjusting parameters such as speed and tilt angle to meet the specified mixing time and uniformity.
4. Electrical system debugging: Adjust parameters such as program calibration, safety protection device calibration, and operation time in the electrical control box to verify the operational stability of the equipment.
