The common problems and solutions of FJC hammer crusher are as follows:

1. Hammer head overheating

Possible reasons: Improper amount or quality of lubricating oil, uneven feeding.

Solution: Regularly check the lubrication condition to ensure uniform feeding, and adjust or replace the lubricating oil in a timely manner. ‌

2. Bearing overheating

Possible reasons: Insufficient/deteriorated lubricating grease, damaged bearings.

Solution: Regularly check the bearing lubricating grease and maintain a lubricating grease volume of 50% of the internal space. If it deteriorates, it needs to be cleaned and replaced; If the bearing is damaged, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner. ‌

3. Increased vibration intensity

Possible reasons: broken hammer head, bent pin shaft, cracks in triangular/circular disc, loose anchor bolts.

Solution: Check and replace the broken hammer head, calibrate or replace the pin shaft, repair or replace the triangular disk/disc, and tighten the anchor bolts. ‌

4. Abnormal current fluctuation

Possible reasons: uneven feeding and feeding of large blocks.

Solution: Ensure uniform feeding, screen the incoming materials to reduce the entry of large blocks, and maintain current fluctuations within 20A. ‌

5. Blockage issue

Possible reasons: The incoming material contains non broken materials (such as metals and hard objects), the size of the discharge port is inappropriate, and the material humidity is too high.

Solution: Preprocess materials to remove non crushed materials, adjust the size of the discharge port, reduce material humidity or perform pre drying treatment. ‌

6. Mechanical knocking sound

Possible reasons: The incoming material contains hard materials (such as bolts), and the hammer head interferes with the lining plate.

Solution: Stop the machine to check and eliminate foreign objects, adjust the clearance between the hammer head and the lining plate.
