Economic high and low temperature testing machineMany people subconsciously think that slow cooling is a quality issue with the equipment, but in fact, it is not. The equipment undergoes strict acceptance before leaving the factory, and the probability of quality problems is generally small. So, what exactly causes slow cooling of the test chamber?

Generally speaking, the slow cooling of small rapid temperature change test chambers can only be caused by the following situations after excluding quality issues:
1、 Serious dust accumulation on the condenser of the equipment (a common phenomenon)
Due to the prolonged lack of maintenance and upkeep of the equipment, there is severe dust accumulation on the condenser, which affects the cooling effect. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly clean the condenser of the equipment.
2、 Refrigeration system factors
The refrigeration system may experience blockages. If the refrigeration system is blocked for a long time, it can cause significant damage to the equipment, and in severe cases, it can lead to compressor damage.
3、 Refrigerant factor
Refrigerant leakage may occur, and refrigerant is like the blood of the refrigeration system. If there is a refrigerant leak at any point in the refrigeration system, the cooling capacity will be reduced, which will naturally affect the cooling of the equipment and slow down.
4、 The test product has a high load
During testing, power on testing is required. Generally speaking, as long as the heat generation of the tested product is within 300W, it has little effect on the rapid temperature change test chamber. If the heat generation is too high, it will slow down the temperature drop inside the chamber and make it difficult to reach the set temperature in a short period of time.
5、 Using temperature factors
Whether in the quotation contract or delivery training, we emphasize the ambient temperature of the equipment. When working at a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius, the ambient temperature should be 25 degrees Celsius, and the laboratory should be ventilated to maintain air circulation. However, some customers may not care. If the equipment is placed in an environment temperature above 35 ℃ and the laboratory is relatively closed, it will inevitably lead to slow cooling speed. Long term operation of the equipment at high temperatures will cause aging and damage to the refrigeration system and electrical components.
6、 The operating environment temperature is too high
If the ambient temperature is too high when using a small rapid temperature change test chamber, such as in summer, the room temperature is around 36 ℃. If there are other devices around, the temperature may even exceed 36 ℃, which will cause rapid temperature changes and slow cooling of the test chamber. In this case, the main approach is to lower the ambient temperature, such as in laboratory air conditioning. If laboratory conditions are limited, only the equipment baffle can be opened and cooled with a fan.
If these problems have been ruled out and still do not solve your needs, it is recommended that you consult the manufacturer or local repair shop. Do not disassemble randomly to avoid causing bigger problems.
