In the production and manufacturing process of the semiconductor industry, key links such as wafer processing and chip packaging testing have strict requirements for temperature environment, and temperature fluctuations may affect the performance and yield of semiconductor devices. Semiconductor refrigeration devices have become an integral part of the temperature control system in semiconductor production due to their fast temperature regulation response and quiet operation.

1、 Control operating parameters and establish a solid foundation for temperature control
The stability of operating parameters is the core of the temperature control function of semiconductor refrigeration devices, and a normalized parameter monitoring and calibration mechanism needs to be established. In daily operation, real-time tracking of key parameters such as output temperature, operating current, and voltage of the device ensures that all parameters are within the rated operating range of the equipment and match the temperature requirements of various stages of semiconductor production. Regularly calibrate the temperature sensors and other monitoring components of the device to avoid temperature control inaccuracies caused by sensor sensing deviations, which may affect the temperature stability of the production process. At the same time, a reasonable parameter fluctuation warning interval should be set. Once a parameter abnormality occurs, the warning should be triggered in a timely manner and the machine should be stopped for troubleshooting to prevent temperature fluctuations from expanding and affecting the production process.
2、 Strengthen system maintenance to ensure stable equipment performance
The system status of semiconductor refrigeration devices is directly related to operational stability and requires targeted maintenance work. Regularly inspect the core refrigeration components of the device, check the operating status of components such as thermopiles and heat sinks. If aging, loosening, or damage is found in the components, repair or replace them in a timely manner; The cooling system is the key to ensuring the cooling effect. It is necessary to regularly clean the dust and debris on the cooling fins and fans to avoid a decrease in cooling efficiency due to poor heat dissipation, and ensure that the device can continuously and stably output the required temperature; Check the circuit connection and sealing of the device to prevent problems such as loose wiring, poor contact, or refrigerant leakage, and to avoid equipment failure or temperature control failure.
3、 Adapt to the production environment and reduce external interference
The environmental conditions in semiconductor production workshops are complex, and environmental control measures need to be taken to reduce interference with the operation of refrigeration equipment. Ensure smooth ventilation in the installation area of the device to avoid excessive environmental temperature caused by poor ventilation, which may increase the heat dissipation burden of the device; Control the temperature and humidity of the workshop environment to avoid accelerating the aging of electrical components or corrosion of metal components in high humidity environments. At the same time, stay away from sources of pollution such as dust, acid and alkali gases. If necessary, install protective isolation devices to prevent pollutants from entering the equipment and damaging components; Keep the surroundings of the device clean, strictly prohibit the stacking of debris that affects operation and heat dissipation, prohibit the storage of flammable and explosive materials near the equipment, reduce safety risks, and adapt to the strict production environment requirements of the semiconductor industry.
4、 Standardize operating procedures and avoid human hazards
Standardized operation is the key to ensuring the stable operation of semiconductor refrigeration devices, and it is necessary to establish standardized operating procedures and strictly implement them. Operators need to undergo professional training, familiarize themselves with the working principles and operating specifications of the equipment, and avoid malfunctions caused by improper operation; Avoid frequent switching of device operating modes and sudden adjustment of temperature settings to prevent temperature fluctuations caused by sudden changes in load that disrupt the balance of device operation; After switching production batches or equipment shutdown for maintenance, when restarting the device, it is necessary to gradually adjust the parameters according to the preset process to ensure that the device starts smoothly and reaches the set temperature before connecting to the production temperature control system; Establish an operation and maintenance ledger, detailing equipment operating parameters, maintenance content, and time, providing a basis for subsequent equipment management.
In summary, to ensure stable production in the semiconductor industry, semiconductor refrigeration devices need to balance parameter control, system maintenance, environmental adaptation, and operational standards. By establishing a scientifically sound daily control mechanism and promptly identifying various potential hazards, the device can continuously and stably play a temperature control role, providing reliable temperature protection for key links in semiconductor production and helping to improve the stability of the production process and the quality of semiconductor devices.
