What should be noted when storing gas:
1. Gas cylinder storage areas are prohibited from smoking, engaging in open flames, and generating sparks, and corresponding warning signs should be set up.
2. Gas cylinders should be classified for storage: empty and full cylinders should be separated, oxygen or other oxidizing gases should be separated from fuel cylinders and other flammable materials; Acetylene cylinders, oxygen cylinders, chlorine cylinders, flammable materials compartments, toxic gas cylinder compartments, and cylinder compartments where contact with the medium inside the cylinder can cause combustion, explosion, and the production of toxic substances.
3. Gas cylinders should be stored upright and fixed or secured with railings or brackets. It is prohibited to use the cylinder valve or head of the gas cylinder to fix it.
When storing gas cylinders (including empty cylinders), the cylinder valve should be closed, the pressure regulator should be removed, the cylinder cap should be worn and tightened, and the cylinders should be neatly arranged.
5. Indoor storage areas for toxic or flammable gas cylinders must monitor the concentration of toxic or flammable gases in the air at the storage point.
6. Gas cylinders that are not suitable for long-term storage or limited storage, such as cylinders for vinyl chloride, hydrogen chloride, methyl ether, etc., should indicate the storage period.
BA402Gas cylinder storage safety cabinetThe cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of ≥ 1.2mm, which has been treated with acid pickling and phosphating, and the surface is sprayed with electrostatic powder to achieve the effects of acid and alkali prevention and rust prevention. The door panel is made of high-quality double-layer cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of ≥ 1.0mm, and adopts detachable hinges with transparent windows on the front. Active fixing device: Suitable for storing gas cylinders of different heights and diameters, and fixed with a 304 stainless steel chain to prevent the cylinders from tipping over.
