Functional component maintenance:
Filtration system - The ductless activated carbon filter element is replaced every 3 months, and the HEPA filter is washed with water and dried.
Spray electronic cleaner when the air flow control valve knob is stuck, calibrate the relationship between the opening and the air volume.
The mobile base pulley groove is cleaned of debris every month, and lithium based grease is added to the bearings to prevent rust.
Maintenance process:
Annual comprehensive maintenance:
Remove all joint bolts, apply corrosion-resistant thread sealant and re tighten.
Detect the cracking of the airway (light transmission method), replace it if it ages and becomes hard.
Performance calibration:
Measure the wind speed at the hood mouth with an anemometer, and calibrate the sensor if the deviation from the displayed value of the controller is greater than 10%.
