The downward opening barrier door is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to move the barrier door panel up and down, completing the closing opening action of the barrier door panel. The liquid level gauge transmits the liquid level information to the control system, drives the oil cylinders on both sides of the barrier gate, and causes the barrier gate plate to move up and down in the guide groove. Rubber seals are installed on both sides and the bottom edge of the guide groove for sealing (three sided sealing). At the same time, the oil cylinder is equipped with a displacement sensor, which can accurately control the weir plate to stop at any position. In the event of a power outage, the weir gate can also be quickly opened under the action of gravity, without affecting flood discharge. Therefore, using a lower opening weir gate has multiple functions such as emergency flood discharge, upstream water level control, flushing, and backflow prevention.

The frame and door panel of the dam should be welded using gas shielded welding, and the physical and chemical properties of the welding material should be compatible with the properties of the base metal. The structure of the gate that bears the main load should be fully welded and plug welding connections should not be used. Stress should be relieved after welding to prevent deformation. The welded parts should be firm and reliable, with a smooth surface polished, and the appearance of the weld should not have cracks, pores, arc pits, or splashes. The equipment and materials provided are suitable for the corrosive environment of sewage. Unprotected or non corrosive materials should be treated according to the basic technical requirements. 3. Floating baffle:Floating baffle is a slag blocking device that utilizes the buoyancy of water to move up and down. It is used in drainage systems such as interception wells, abandoned flow wells, and storage tanks to prevent upstream floating debris from entering natural water bodies. The two ends of the floating box body are connected to guide blocks to form a floating box component, and the guide blocks at both ends of the floating box component slide up and down in the guide groove; Due to the effects of buoyancy and gravity, half of the floating baffle is above water and the other half is underwater. Water flows out through the bottom of the floating baffle, and surface floating objects are intercepted by the floating baffle to prevent them from entering downstream. This equipment is installed in a channel style, and the guide grooves on both sides are fixed to the wall with safety bolt type anchor bolts.
