The two filtration and washing equipment, 1200L and 1600L, tailored by our company for a domestic pharmaceutical enterprise, have been successfully produced, debugged, and accepted recently, and have been officially delivered to customers for production use. This delivery is not only a milestone in our deep strategic cooperation with our clients, but also a solid step forward for domestic pharmaceutical equipment on the path of customization and intelligence.
This delivery is due to the dual needs of the pharmaceutical company's innovative drug research and development pipeline promotion and capacity expansion. At the beginning of the project negotiation, our technical team went deep into the customer's production base and conducted three rounds of in-depth technical exchanges with the other party's process, production, and quality teams. We understand that the client requires a solution that can meet the flexible conversion of multiple varieties during the pilot stage and support future commercial large-scale production.
Based on this, we have innovatively proposed a customized solution of "one large and one small, functional collaboration": the 1200L model focuses on the flexibility of process development and clinical sample production, adopting a modular quick connect design; The 1600L model has strengthened processing efficiency and stability for continuous operation in response to mass production needs. Two devices share the same intelligent control platform to ensure seamless migration of process data and operational experience.

Dynamic countercurrent washing technology upgrade: We have optimized the spray ball layout and washing liquid flow algorithm, and implemented a three-dimensional washing mode on the 1600L equipment, which has increased washing efficiency by 35% and reduced solvent consumption by 28%, effectively helping customers control production costs.
Intelligent control system: equipped with our new generation of intelligent control system. This system not only realizes automated batch processing and electronic batch recording, but also embeds a process parameter optimization model, which can automatically adjust the operating pressure and flow rate based on real-time filtering resistance, ensuring that each batch of production is in good condition.
Striving for excellence in materials and surface treatment: The main body of the equipment is made of 316 ultra-low carbon stainless steel, and all surfaces in contact with the material have undergone electrochemical polishing (EP) treatment, with a Ra value of ≤ 0.4 μ m. We provide a complete CIP/SIP performance confirmation report during the cleaning verification process that customers are concerned about, helping them quickly complete equipment verification.
From contract signing to delivery, the project team has always adhered to the concept of "zero defect" delivery. Faced with a tight delivery cycle, our production, quality inspection, and project management departments are working together to strictly implement milestone node control. During the factory acceptance testing phase, we invited a third-party acceptance team to personally supervise the manufacturing process, verify the equipment performance on site, and make adjustments and optimizations based on feedback.
