In the production of fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dyes, and new energy materials, chemical grade filtration washing and drying machines serve as multifunctional reaction vessels that integrate filtration, washing, and drying. The characteristics of closed operation, continuous operation, and reduced material transfer losses greatly improve production efficiency and product purity. Chemical grade filtration washing and drying machines are prone to problems such as wear, blockage, and sealing failure when operating in harsh environments with high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive media for a long time. Regular maintenance and upkeep of scientific systems are key to ensuring their efficient, safe, and long-term operation.

1、 Daily maintenance: cleaning and operational checks
After each production is completed, immediately clean the cylinder, filter plate, stirring blade, and discharge valve with solvent or deionized water to prevent residual crystallization or corrosion of materials. Check if the compressed air and hydraulic system pressure are normal, observe if there is any abnormal noise, vibration or leakage during equipment operation, and promptly eliminate any abnormalities.
2、 Weekly maintenance: filter element and seal inspection
Disassemble and inspect the filter plate or sintered filter element to confirm that there is no blockage, damage, or deformation. Reverse airflow or ultrasonic cleaning can be used for regeneration. Check the cooling water flow rate and sealing fluid pressure of the spindle mechanical seal (double end mechanical seal) to prevent material contamination or vacuum failure caused by leakage.
3、 Monthly maintenance: mixing system and transmission components
Check the operating current and temperature rise of the mixing motor to confirm that there is no overload. Tighten the connecting bolts between the mixing blade, scraper, and main shaft to prevent loosening. Lubricate the gearbox and bearings, replace aged lubricating oil, and ensure smooth transmission.
4、 Quarterly deep maintenance: vacuum and heating system inspection
Test the pumping rate and ultimate vacuum degree (usually ≤ 100Pa) of the vacuum system, and check the oil quality of the vacuum pump and filter. Clean the inlet and outlet of heat transfer media (steam, thermal oil) inside the jacket or coil to ensure heat transfer efficiency. Check for scaling or leaks in the heating tube or condenser.
5、 Half yearly maintenance: valve and control system calibration
Perform opening and closing tests on pneumatic or electric valves such as feed valves, discharge valves, drain valves, etc., clean valve seat impurities, and replace worn sealing rings. Calibrate pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and level gauges to ensure accurate control system signals.
