The pump water test of pressure vessels mainly includes the following steps:

1. Connect the pressure test pump to the specimen properly, and install one pressure gauge for each device.

2. Inject water into the specimen through the inlet hole. When filling with water, the air inside the specimen must be completely expelled, and the exhaust hole must be closed after the water is filled.

3. During the hydrostatic test, the pressure should be increased slowly. After reaching the specified test pressure, the pressure should be paused and held for a period of time. All welds and connection parts should be inspected for the first time.

4. If there is no leakage, continue to increase the pressure to the specified test pressure. If there are no abnormal phenomena, then gradually increase the pressure from 10% of the specified test pressure to 100% of the specified test pressure for each level, and maintain the pressure for 10 minutes. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all welds and connection parts.
