One Inspection work before equipment operation:
1. Keep all parts of the machine clean, especially the mixing container and discharge valve. The inner cavity should be cleaned to ensure that there are no hard or dirty objects. Check that there are no foreign objects inside the mixing machine. The inner wall of the hopper should be dry. Close the feeding and discharging ports of the V-shaped mixer.
2. Connect the power button of the mixer, rotate the stop button to the left, and the power indicator light should display correctly in red. Thoroughly inspect all connecting components of the machine for looseness, ensure that the heating and compressed air pipelines are tightly connected and leak free, and that all instrument readings are normal.
3. Check that there are no obstacles around the mixer to avoid accidents caused by magnetic collisions during operation.
After the above operator material requirements are met, the following operations can be carried out.
5. Start the reverse button of the mixer, adjust the motor speed, and the mixer should run in slow reverse.
During the operation of the mixer, the body should run at a constant speed without any abnormal noise. After running for 1-2 minutes, prepare to shut down.
7. Stop the machine by adjusting the motor speed button. When stopping, make sure that the discharge port of the mixer is facing the ground, and adjust the motor speed button to the 0 position. Rotate the stop button to the right to cut off the power.
8. Before use, the vehicle should be run empty, and the body should be balanced without any abnormal vibration. The discharge mechanism should be observed for normal operation, and the rotor should be turned in the specified direction. After the no-load operation meets the requirements, the following operations can be carried out.
Startup sequence: Close the discharge valve - Add material - Close the lid - Start at low speed - Start at high speed - Mix according to process requirements for time and temperature - Discharge material
2、 The operation process of carrying materials:
1. Open the feeding port of the mixer and confirm that the discharge port is closed again. According to the process control requirements, pour the specified amount of material into the V-shaped hopper.
2. After feeding is completed, close the feeding port and lock it to prevent material from flowing out during mixing.
3. Turn on the power button, rotate the stop button to the left, activate the reverse button of the mixer, and adjust the motor speed within the specified process speed for mixing.
4. After the mixing reaches the specified time in the process, stop the machine by adjusting the motor speed button. When stopping, make sure that the discharge port of the mixer is facing the ground and adjust the motor speed button to position 0. The V-shaped mixer will rotate the stop button to the right to cut off the power.
5. Material discharge: Open the feeding port of the V-shaped mixer and use the specified container to load the material at the discharge port until the material in the hopper is completely discharged.
When not in use, no grease should be left in the grease addition pipe to prevent it from solidifying and blocking the pipeline
