Glass reactor vesselThe contact parts between the body and materials can be made of materials such as 304, 316L, titanium, Hastelloy, PTFE lining, etc. The head, heat exchanger, condenser, receiving tank, feeding tank, etc. are designed with glass. The inner layer is filled with reaction solvent for stirring reaction, and the interlayer can be connected to different cold and heat sources (frozen liquid, hot water or hot oil) for circulating heating or cooling reaction. Under constant temperature conditions, stirring reactions can be carried out under normal or negative pressure conditions in a closed glass reactor according to usage requirements, and reflux and distillation of reaction solutions can be performed. It is an ideal pilot and production equipment for modern fine chemical plants, biopharmaceuticals, and new material synthesis.
Below, the editor will briefly introduce several common faults and solutions of glass reaction vessels, as follows:
1. Turn on the power switch, but the indicator light does not light up. If the external power supply is not connected or has poor contact, please have a professional electrician check the power supply and socket.
2. Set the power switch to the OFF position due to a short circuit in the fuse, and then replace the fuse.
3. Sometimes there is no vacuum, and there is dirt on the steel shaft. The connector is loose. Please remove the dirt and check the vacuum gauge and vacuum pump.
4. The vacuum hose is aging, please replace it.
5. There is vacuum, but the sealing ring is worn and cannot be pulled up. If the vacuum switch is leaking, please replace the sealing ring and switch.
6. The motor temperature is too high (room temperature plus 40 ℃ is normal), overload shutdown, manually rotate the machine shaft, check if it is heavy, remove the dirt on the contact part between the sealing ring and the glass shaft, and apply vacuum grease.
7. The vacuum suddenly disappeared, the glass had cracks, and the switch was damaged. Check the glass components and replace the switch.
8. The host core shaft is loose on both sides, and the top screw is loose. Tighten it.
10. The power indicator light is on, but it does not rotate. Stop using the rotating shaft due to rusting. Contact the supplier for the motor. The electrical box has malfunctioned and the seven core plug has not been connected. Reconnect the seven core plug.
11. The speed display does not match the actual value, the voltage is unstable, and there is an error in itself. Please contact the supplier.
12. The shell is charged and the heating tube has cracks and water ingress. Please have a professional electrician inspect it.
