Working principle of single cone dryer
The working principle of the single cone dryer is based on the combination of vacuum drying and agitation drying. Its core components include a single conical cylinder, a spiral stirrer, a vacuum system, a heating system, and a cooling system. When working, wet materials are added to the conical container through the feeding port, and the spiral stirrer begins to rotate, uniformly stirring and mixing the materials. The heating cone is equipped with a heating jacket, which maintains a certain temperature on the inner wall of the cone by introducing different types of heat media (such as hot water, thermal oil, or low-pressure steam). Under the action of stirring and heating, the moisture of the material gradually evaporates and is extracted through a vacuum system to achieve the purpose of drying.
