Telstar has developed a new modular design GMP freeze-drying machine. Adopting the brand new Lyozeta, the new series of freeze-drying machines is the standardized version of its GMP configured freeze-drying machines, and the new design is suitable for aseptic production processes. A series of standardized subsystems specifically designed for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries enable the new Lyozeta freeze dryer to be flexibly configured to adapt to various working conditions.

The Lyozeta series GMP freeze-drying machine has been adjusted to install an automatic loading and unloading system for penicillin bottles that can be pushed in/out. After leading the development of automated loading and unloading solutions, the company has extended this technology to the modular Lyozeta series of standardized GMP lyophilizers, which can currently be integrated into the Lyology Integration small bottle automatic loading and unloading system.

The Telstar standardized freeze dryer integrated system has been proven to provide stronger stability, high efficiency, reliability, greater precision in small bottle transportation and transfer processes, as well as easier cleaning and maintenance. The modular version of the freeze dryer is equipped with fail safe mechanisms, such as automatic locking of maintenance doors and safety refrigeration protection mechanisms. At the same time, the dry box cold trap isolation valve adopts a rotary mushroom valve with EPDM gasket, which is a new type of isolation valve with a simple structure and easy maintenance, thereby improving process safety. It provides a higher level of sealing and requires less maintenance than traditional mushroom valves.

The Lyozeta series is equipped with Lyosite ®， This is a new generation control system based on PLC and user-friendly SCADA, running on Windows ® Provide multitasking operations in the environment. In addition to monitoring and data collection functions, it also provides complete formula selection and editing functions, including connecting auxiliary cycles (CIP, SIP, filter integrity testing or plug pressing) to the freeze-drying cycle. Telstar's efficient automation system comprehensively promotes the Pharma 4.0 process.

Lyozeta is a freeze-drying process designed for clinical trials, pilot testing, and large-scale industrial production. Compared to current HFCs, it operates as an environmentally friendly refrigerant with significantly reduced global warming potential (GWP).
