Application of pre pressing device for tablet press

Main structure:
There are two main pressure wheels (with bearings inside) and two pre pressure wheels installed in the grooves on both sides of the upper pressure wheel frame. The main pressure wheels are fitted on an eccentric shaft, and the outer end of the shaft is connected to a hollow sleeve with a lever. The right end of the hollow sleeve has a compression spring. When the pressure on the main pressure wheel surface is too large, the eccentric torque compresses the spring through the lever, and the eccentric shaft rotates, increasing the distance between the upper and lower pressure wheels and reducing the pressure, in order to protect the safe use of the machine and the die. Therefore, rotate the adjusting screw at the top of the upper pressure wheel frame to make the spring pressure just enough. If overloaded, the warning light will automatically flash and the touch screen fault page will display a fault.
Introduction:
The function of the pre pressure system is to eliminate the air filled in the die, which can shorten the main extrusion process and improve the efficiency of the tablet press. However, the pre pressure should not be too high, as it can cause significant noise and wear on the equipment, die, and even no main pressure display.
2. Adjust the pre pressure by adjusting the upper pre pressure wheel adjusting nut so that the pre pressure wheel just touches the upper punch, then start the machine. In the working state of the machine, rotate the pre pressure wheel handwheel clockwise to make the upper pre pressure wheel stop rotating, and then rotate the pre pressure handwheel counterclockwise until the pre pressure wheel stops rotating. For producing tablets of the same thickness, only one adjustment is needed.

At the beginning of tablet pressing, the air in the particles is first eliminated to buffer the main pressure and improve quality and yield. The upper pre pressing wheel changes the position of the upper punch into the middle mold, and the lower pre pressing wheel can adjust the position of the lower punch into the middle mold to achieve the adjustment effect of pre pressure.
When adjusting the depth of pre pressing and main pressing into the mold, as well as the thickness of the sheet, the depth of the punch into the mold and the thickness of the sheet can be adjusted through the handwheel. Rotating the two handwheels of the high-speed tablet press once each can result in a distance change of 0.16mm and 0.1mm in the depth of the mold, respectively.
The high pressure of the two pressure wheels in pressure regulation can reach 20kN and 100kN respectively. Pressure sensors are used in the pressure components to sample, amplify, calculate, and control the electrical signals generated by slight changes in pre pressure and main pressure, thereby automating the operation.
By increasing the number of stamping dies and improving feed equipment, it has gradually developed into a machine capable of high-speed tablet pressing. The components of the pressure pharmaceutical tablet press are divided into two parts: pre press and main press. The high-speed tablet press has a relatively independent adjustment mechanism and control mechanism. During tablet pressing, the particles undergo pre press before main press.
