Multiple stamping machines have uneven stamping lengths. Solution: Adjust the punch. 4. Vigorously wash and loosen hair. Tighten it. 5. Insufficient fineness of drug grinding, high content of fibrous or elastic drugs or oil components, and uneven mixing. It can be overcome by crushing the drug through a 100 mesh sieve, using a highly viscous adhesive, increasing the pressure of the tablet press appropriately, and thoroughly mixing the oil drug absorbent. 6. Insufficient or improper use of adhesives or wetting agents can cause loose particle texture or uneven distribution of particle size, resulting in layering between coarse and fine particles. Appropriate adhesives can be used, or the dosage can be increased, the granulation process can be improved, more soft materials can be stirred, and the particles can be evenly mixed to overcome these challenges. 7. If the moisture content of the particles is too low, excessively dried particles have greater elasticity. Drugs containing crystal water lose more crystal water during the particle drying process, making the particles brittle and prone to cracking. Therefore, during granulation, the moisture content of the granules should be controlled according to different varieties. If the particles are too dry, spray an appropriate amount of dilute ethanol (50% -60%), mix well, and press them into tablets. 8. The nature of the drug itself. Although tablets with high density have a certain degree of hardness, they cannot withstand collisions and shaking. Bismuth nitrate tablets, baking soda tablets, etc. are often prone to loosening; Low density, poor fluidity, poor compressibility, re granulation. 9. The speed of the tablet press is too fast, and the compression time of the tablets is too short, causing the tablets to suddenly be compressed and compressed, followed by sudden expansion and fragmentation. Correspondingly, increase the preloading time with preloading. 4. Improper selection of adhesive. If there is too little adhesive during granulation, the particles will dry if the viscosity is insufficient.
