Single stamping machineIt can compress powdered raw materials into tablets, which can be widely used in pharmaceutical factories, chemical plants, hospitals, scientific research institutions, laboratory trials, and small-scale production.
Maintenance instructions for single stamping machine:
1. Lubrication of the friction surfaces of various moving parts is an important part of ensuring the normal operation and extending the service life of the machine, especially if the main moving parts are quickly damaged due to lack of oil during dry transfer and cannot be used. Therefore, before using the tablet press, all oil cups, oil holes, and friction surfaces must be lubricated with oil, and the machine must be run empty to cover all friction surfaces with an oil film before being put into use. From now on, refuel on time for each shift, but do not refuel too much each time to avoid spillage, affecting cleanliness, and contaminating pills.
2. After daily use, the remaining powder particles should be taken out and wiped clean all parts of the machine. If the downtime is long, the die must be removed and the machine's friction surfaces must be adjusted. Clean the work surface, apply rust proof oil, and cover it with dust-proof clothing; The die should be wiped clean and then immersed in oil for storage.
3. Before each shift, it is necessary to check whether all screws are loose. During the work process, regular attention should also be paid to checking. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened immediately to avoid malfunctions. Its main parts include: upper punch fastening nuts, middle die fixing screws, and lower punch fixing screws; Connecting rod locking nut, connecting rod pin tightening set screw; Lock nuts for lifting forks (2 pieces) butterfly screws; Two screws are used to fix the middle mold table.
4. Regularly inspect the components, twice a month.
5. Before and after each shift, it is necessary to manually test a few tablets, and then turn on the electric tablet press after there are no problems.
6. During the tablet pressing process, it is necessary to regularly check the quality of the die. If any missing edges, cracks, or serious damage are found, they should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid machine damage and affect tablet quality.
