In fact, thick and thin sheets are closely related to the material filling of the machine, and the position of the upper and lower pressing wheels may also change. Therefore, the first step is to carefully follow the instructions in the manual.
If the tablet is heavy, it may stick to the upper punch due to reasons such as sticking or curling during the upper punch. At this time, the particles will be filled into the mold hole and pressed repeatedly to form a stack, or due to the lower punch rising position being too low, the tablet cannot be pushed out in time, and at the same time, the particles will be added to the mold hole and pressed repeatedly. Pressing into stacked sheets makes the tablet press vulnerable to damage. The problem of sticking and punching should be solved by matching the punch with the punch, improving the accuracy of the punching die, and troubleshooting the tablet press.
Troubleshooting of the pressing wheel part: The pressing wheel part can be divided into upper and lower pressing wheels, which are also devices for adjusting tablet pressure and increasing protection. Common fault analysis and solutions:
1. Pressure wheel wear: The outer circle of the pressure wheel is severely worn, which can cause high resistance at the tail of the punch rod, and the pressure wheel needs to be replaced again. When the inner hole of the pressure roller and the pressure roller shaft are severely worn, the pressure roller or pressure roller shaft must also be replaced. In addition, the compression wheel shaft may sometimes break and deform, mainly due to excessive pressure, mostly caused by difficult material pressure and excessive adjustment. In this case, the compression wheel shaft needs to be replaced, the material adjusted, and the pressure readjusted.
2. Oil shortage or damage to the roller shaft bearings: Regularly lubricate and maintain the roller shaft bearings, and replace them in a timely manner if any damage occurs.
Regulation system (pressure regulation, filling regulation) includes pressure regulation system and filling regulation system. Common fault analysis and solutions:
(1) Adjustment failure: In general, adjustment failure is caused by loose handwheel screws that prevent the adjustment of the handwheel from working, or by the adjustment of the worm gear getting stuck. At this time, it is necessary to check the adjustment handwheel and worm gear, and solve the problem by tightening the screws, lubricating and rotating the worm gear, and other measures.
(2) The main reasons for unstable filling are:
a、 The pre filling rail in the filling rail assembly is severely worn, causing jumping, and the filling rail assembly should be replaced at this time;
b、 Wear and tear of the punching mold causes uneven sheet shapes or overall height deviation;
c、 Improper adjustment of hopper height, insufficient filling of the grille behind the feeder;
d、 The scraper plate is severely worn, resulting in poor scraping effect. At this time, the scraper plate should be replaced;
e、 The lifting rod in the filling rail assembly is severely worn, resulting in a large adjustment gap and causing the filling rail to shake. At this time, the filling rail assembly should be replaced;
f、 The bottom surface of the feeder is severely worn, causing uneven clearance between the bottom surface of the feeder and the turntable;
g、 Material factors, uneven granulation or poor material flowability;
h、 The downward suction effect is poor, resulting in clogging.
3. Loose tablets or poor appearance quality: Loose tablets or poor appearance quality are mainly caused by low pressure, uneven particles, low water content, or difficult material composition to compress. The solution is to adjust the pressure handwheel to increase pressure, adjust the particle and auxiliary material composition. If the particles are too dry, spray 75% ethanol to wet them.
4. The machine vibrates loudly during tablet pressing: The loud noise during tablet pressing is caused by uneven pressure on both sides. Adjust the pressure to solve the problem.
