Working principle of gas shielded vibrating screen

The gas protection vibrating screen is a 600mm model with two discharge ports on one layer. A gas protection device is installed on the basis of the original circular vibrating screen, and the part in contact with the material is made of 304 stainless steel. A vertical vibration motor is used as the excitation source, and eccentric weights are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor to convert the motor's rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion, which is then transmitted to the screen surface.
