The vacuum feeder completes the feeding process by controlling the opening and closing of the main vacuum pipeline through a pneumatic directional valve. When the equipment starts working, the main vacuum pipeline is opened, and its pneumatic valve is also opened. This uses vacuum to suck the material into the feeding bucket and separate the gas and solid through the primary filtration device. The primary filtration device blocks the material in the feeding bucket's hopper, ensuring that the material does not enter the vacuum suction pipeline.

The material entering the feeding bucket material bin will be smoothly discharged into the container to be loaded by its own weight after the pneumatic valve of the equipment is closed. After discharging, the back blowing device will blow back to clean the powder adsorbed on the primary filtering device, prevent the vacuum system from clogging, and reduce the system's working efficiency.
