Dripping pill mechanism is a common dropping pill processing machinery in the pharmaceutical industry, but special attention must be paid to several issues during the operation process. If the operation points are not followed when using, it may really be difficult to complete.

1. Danger reminder: Generally, drop pill machines are designed for pressure feeding or pressure dripping. The dripping material needs to be heated and dissolved, and the container temperature should be too high, so attention should be paid to scalding. Sealed containers have pressure relief devices. Before opening the sealed container, the pressure relief device should be opened first, and then other operations should be carried out to avoid danger.

2. Operation tip: Before use, grasp the operating principle of the equipment according to the instructions. If there are any doubts, consult the manufacturer in a timely manner, and do not operate the equipment without doubts.

3. Operation instructions: First, turn on the cooling liquid pump of the dropping pill machine, then turn on the refrigeration machine, and turn on the required heating equipment together. When the required temperature reaches the safe value, add the dripping substance that has reached the dripping condition into the dripping tank. Adjust the gap between the cooling column liquid level and the dripping nozzle together. The adjustment of the gap is the key to ensuring the quality of the dropping pills. After each dripping is completed, close the heating and cooling system first. After all the dripping pills in the investigation system have flowed out, the cooling circulation system should be closed to avoid residual dripping pills. After each dripping process, residual substances must be removed and all pipeline containers that have come into contact with the dripping material before solidification must be cleaned together.
