1、 Abnormal heating system

1. Unable to heat or insufficient heat

Check if the high-voltage capacitor is broken down, and replace it if the resistance is abnormal; At the same time, check whether the voltage doubler rectifier diode is damaged and replace the corresponding components in a timely manner.

Check if the temperature control system is malfunctioning, repair or replace the temperature switch and contactor wire package.

If the manual thermostat is turned on but there is no heat, measure the resistance of the heating tube (normally about 30 Ω). If the resistance is abnormal, replace the heating tube.

2. Frequent tripping of circuit breakers

Prioritize investigating short circuits caused by breakdown of high-voltage capacitors or rectifier diodes, and replace corresponding components.

Check if the circuit load is overloaded and avoid using it together with other high-power devices.

2、 Mechanical transmission failure

1. The drive belt stops or is abnormal

Replace the burnt out governor fuse, check if the motor winding is burnt out, and replace the motor if necessary.

If the reducer makes abnormal noise, it is necessary to stop the machine for maintenance of the gear set or replace the reducer.

2. Fan makes abnormal noise or does not work

Check if the three-phase power supply is missing phase, correct the phase, and restart the equipment.

Clean the collision points between the fan blades and the casing, adjust the blade clearance or replace deformed blades.

3、 Drying effect issue

1. Raw materials cannot be dried at once

Reduce the amount of single loading and lower the equipment load; If the capacity is insufficient, consider upgrading to a higher power device.

Adjust the wind pressure and flow parameters of the air network, and optimize the hot air circulation path.

2. Uneven dryness and wetness of materials

Clean the clumped materials to ensure they are loose before drying.

Train operators to standardize the fabric method and avoid excessive local accumulation.

4、 Structural issues

1. Rolling ring oscillation or overall vibration

Tighten the concave joint of the rolling ring and adjust the gap to a uniform clamping state using a shim plate.

Check the connection between the towing device and the base, correct the offset position, and reinforce the bolts.

2. Poor gear meshing

Measure the degree of gear wear. Mild wear can be installed and used on the opposite side, while severe wear requires paired replacement of gear sets.

5、 Other hidden dangers

1. Cooling system malfunction

Check whether the water pipes of the water-cooled equipment are blocked or leaking, clean the cooling fins of the air-cooled equipment, and check the power supply of the fan.

Regularly replace aging sealing rings to prevent coolant leakage.

2. Raw material catching fire or equipment 'firing'

• Avoid forced overheating operation, clean air duct blockages, adjust dehumidification frequency to avoid internal heat accumulation.

Check the sensitivity of the fire sensor and install a secondary temperature protection device if necessary.
