1、 Power supply and startup abnormalities
1. No response when powered on
Check if the power cord is broken or poorly connected, and if the socket voltage is stable (normal range 220V ± 10%).
If the power supply is normal, it is necessary to check whether the micro switch on the control panel has poor contact or is damaged.
2. Sudden shutdown after startup
Usually, the protection mechanism is triggered due to instantaneous overload, and it is necessary to shut down and cool down for 30 minutes before trying again.
Check if there are any foreign objects stuck on the shaft in the crushing tank, clean it and restart it.
2、 Performance issues during operation
1. Decreased crushing efficiency
Check if the hammer head is worn. If it is severely worn, replace it and adjust the gap between the impact plate and the hammer head.
When the motor speed is abnormal, it can be solved by reducing the speed or replacing the capacitor.
2. Abnormal noise and vibration
Lack of oil or damage to bearings can increase operational resistance, and bearings need to be replaced and lubricated regularly.
Check if the blade installation is offset, and use the "cross cross method" to tighten the screws in stages to ensure balance.
3、 Material handling malfunction
1. The material cannot be broken
Hard medicinal herbs need to be pre treated (soaked/frozen), and the size of the cut pieces should not exceed 2cm ³ to reduce the load.
High viscosity or high fiber materials may require adjusting the crushing mode or increasing the liquid-solid ratio.
2. Uneven discharge particle size
When the sieve is blocked or damaged, it needs to be cleaned and replaced, and the motor power should be checked for matching.
Excessive addition of liquid during wet crushing may lead to backflow, and the liquid volume needs to be controlled within a reasonable range.
4、 Maintenance and Safety Tips
Overheating protection triggered: Reduce continuous working time, regularly clean the heat dissipation holes and motor compartment dust.
Sealing failure and powder leakage: Check the sealing rings of the cup body and base. If they are aging, they need to be replaced to avoid cross contamination.
