Experimental drip pill machine is a type of pharmaceutical preparation machinery widely used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and metals. When the dripping machine completes the dripping of the medicine solution and no longer drips or needs to replace it with another medicine solution, it is necessary to clean the dripping system such as the seasoning tank and pipeline of the dripping machine. The specific steps for cleaning are as follows:

Experimental Dripping Pills Machine:

1. Close the system program;

① Dropper switch;

② Cooling oil pump;

③ Refrigeration system;

④ Lower the cooling column;

⑤ Place the water tray at the bottom of the drip tank;

⑥ Close the valve at the vacuum point.

2. Add water: Inject an appropriate amount of hot water above 90 ℃ into the "seasoning tank" from the feeding port or inlet.

3. Cleaning: Remove the dropper and internal splitter, replace with a single hole dropper, and connect a water pipe from the dropper outlet to the waste water tank. Then, turn on the air compressor, click on the 'feeding pipe valve' to inject hot water into the 'drip tank', turn on the 'drip head' switch, and the wastewater flows out under pressure. Turn off the 'drip head' switch. Repeat this process dozens of times until the drip system is cleaned and all the water in the 'seasoning tank' flows out, then replace the cleaned drip head.

4. Shut down the system: After cleaning, turn off the air compressor; Open the vent valve of the seasoning jar and release compressed air; Turn off the touch screen again, and then turn off the main power.

Precautions for operating the drip pill machine:

When using a dropping pill machine, the upper and lower limits of the temperature of the built-in chemical tank oil cylinder generally differ by ten degrees Celsius;

When the indoor temperature is high, the upper limit of the refrigeration temperature is five degrees Celsius, and the lower limit is four degrees Celsius, generally below ten degrees Celsius. The temperature difference between the upper and lower limits is generally five degrees Celsius;

When feeding, if the air pressure is too high, it can cause blockage in the pipes above;

When cleaning the main unit of the drip pill machine, the air pressure of the equipment must be reduced;

When dropping pills, if the air pressure is too high, it is easy to form a strip during feeding, and if it does not form a pill, it can also cause blockage;

6. When preparing materials, the temperature of the oil bath is generally 100 degrees Celsius. When the temperature of the material liquid is 65 degrees Celsius, the temperature of the oil bath can be adjusted to 90 degrees Celsius;

7. The temperature at the mouth of the drip pill machine should not exceed 55 degrees Celsius. If achieved, cooling is required at this time;

8. After the dropping pills are centrifuged, they must be taken out because they will change color over time;

If there is too little silicone oil in the dropping pill machine, it will cause excessive cooling temperature and blockage;

10. The temperature of the oil bath should not exceed one, and if it exceeds 100 degrees, the heat transfer oil will emerge;

11. The dropping pill machine cannot stir during feeding;

During the drip pill collection operation, if the weight of the drip pills is too small, it is necessary to switch to manual operation. When loading, the drip head should be closed before loading;

13. The centrifuge of the drip pill machine should not vibrate during centrifugation.
