(2) Click on 'System Run' as needed.

(3) After entering the 'manual operation state', click on 'parameter settings' to set various parameters, then click the' confirm 'button and press the' return 'button to return to the operation screen.

(4) Click the "Heat" button and the "On/Off" button of the heating oil pump to enter the "Preheating State" (this process will take approximately 1-2 hours). After reaching the set temperature, the system heating state will automatically turn off or manually turn off, stopping heating.

(5) Click the 'cooling' switch. The system enters the cooling state, and the compressor and fan start working (this process takes about 1-2 hours). After reaching the set temperature, turn off the refrigeration machine. The 'cooling' and 'heating' processes can be synchronized, which can shorten the waiting time for preparation work.

(6) Click on the 'Magnetic Pump' switch to circulate the coolant. At the same time, pull the lifting valve of the left cylinder of the drip tank to raise the cooling column. (7) Click on the 'Pipe Heating' switch to bring the upper end of the cooling column to the set temperature.

(8) Dripping: Click the "Auto" button in the menu. The automatic travel process is as follows: when the cooling and heating temperatures reach their set requirements, the system automatically starts stirring. When the set stirring time is reached, the system automatically opens the "feeding tube valve" to add medicine. After the drip tank is filled, the "feeding tube valve" automatically closes. At the same time, manually open the "drip head" switch to start dripping, and synchronously open the "conveyor belt" switch. At this point, the equipment starts to operate fully. When the liquid level of the medicine drops to the lower limit of the "drip tank", the system opens the "feeding tube valve" again to add medicine, and then automatically drips. When the dosing time has expired and the liquid level of the medicine has not reached the level on the drip tank, an alarm will appear on the touch screen saying "The material has been used up, please switch to manual" mode. At this time, press the "manual" button to change the system from "automatic" to "manual" mode, and the automatic travel process will end.

(9) Cleaning: When the dripping of the medicine is completed and no longer dripping, or when another medicine needs to be replaced, the "seasoning tank" and pipeline dripping system need to be cleaned. The specific steps for cleaning are as follows:

1) Close the system program; ① Dropper switch; ② Cooling oil pump; ③ Refrigeration system; ④ Lower the cooling column; ⑤ Place the water tray at the bottom of the drip tank; ⑥ Close the valve at the vacuum point.

2) Add water: Inject an appropriate amount of hot water above 90 ℃ into the "seasoning tank" from the feeding port or inlet. 3) Cleaning: Remove the dropper and internal splitter, replace it with a single hole dropper, and connect a water guide pipe from the dropper outlet to the waste water tank. Then, turn on the air compressor, click on the "feeding pipe valve" to inject hot water into the "dropper tank", turn on the "dropper" switch, and the waste water flows out under pressure. Close the "dropper" switch. Repeat this process dozens of times until the dripping system is cleaned and all the water in the "seasoning tank" flows out, and then replace the cleaned dropper.

(10) Shut down the system: After cleaning, turn off the air compressor; Open the vent valve of the seasoning jar and release compressed air; Turn off the touch screen again, and then turn off the main power.
