1. Firstly, connect the entire machine to the computer, connect the compressed air pipeline to the host, and adjust the pressure to 0.5MPa. Indicates that the host power has been connected; At the same time, the touch screen automatically enters the operation screen.

2. Click on 'System Run' as needed.

3. After the system enters the "manual operation state", click on "parameter settings" to set various parameters, then click the "confirm" button and press the "return" button to return to the operation screen.

4. Click the "Heat" button and the "On/Off" button of the heating oil pump to enter the "Preheating State" of the system (this process will take approximately 1-2 hours). After reaching the set temperature, the system heating status will automatically turn off or manually shut down, stopping heating.

5. Click on the 'cooling' switch. The system enters the cooling state, and the compressor and fan start working (this process takes about 1-2 hours). After reaching the set temperature, turn off the refrigeration unit.

The "cooling" and "heating" processes can be synchronized, which can shorten the waiting time for preparation work.

6. Click on the "Magnetic Pump" switch to circulate the coolant. Simultaneously pull the lifting valve of the left cylinder of the drip tank to raise the cooling column.

7. Click the "Pipe Heating" switch to bring the upper end of the cooling column to the set temperature.

8. Dripping: Click the "Auto" button in the menu. The automatic travel process is as follows: when the cooling and heating temperatures reach their set requirements, the system automatically starts stirring. When the set mixing time is reached, the system automatically opens the "feeding pipe valve" to add medication. After the drip tank is filled, the "feeding pipe valve" automatically closes. At the same time, manually turn on the "drip head" switch to start dripping, and synchronously automatically turn on the switch of the "conveyor belt", and the equipment will start running comprehensively. When the liquid level of the medicine drops to the lower limit of the "drip tank", the system opens the "feeding pipe valve" again to add medicine, and then automatically drips. When the dosing time has expired and the liquid level of the medicine has not reached the liquid level on the "drip tank", an alarm will appear on the touch screen saying "the material has been used up, please switch to manual". At this time, press the "manual" button to change the system from "automatic" to "manual", and the automatic travel process will end.

9. Cleaning: When the dispensing of the medicine is completed and no further dispensing is required, or when another type of medicine needs to be replaced, the "seasoning tank" and piping system need to be cleaned.
