The Yantai Runlong Explosive Egg Production Line adopts modular intelligent design and achieves high-precision production through multi system collaborative operation. Its core technical characteristics are as follows:
1、 Core production system
1. Allocation system
The guar gum, xanthan gum and other compound colloids are mixed with edible essence and pigment, and the precise proportion of raw materials is achieved through PLC control to ensure the stability of flavor in the filling of explosive beads.
2. Forming system
Equipped with a drip forming machine, the batch production of spherical bursting beads with a diameter of 3-8mm can be achieved by controlling the drip rate (0.1-0.3ml/s) and adhesive concentration (2% -4%), with a forming qualification rate of ≥ 98%.
3. Post processing system
It includes three-stage filtration (with a particle size ≥ 50 μ m impurity removal rate of 99.9%), ultrasonic cleaning (frequency 40kHz), and low-temperature solidification (temperature 4 ± 1 ℃) processes to ensure a smooth and undamaged surface of the bursting beads.
2、 Technological innovation points
1. Intelligent distributed control
By using a vibrating filling device in conjunction with a visual inspection system, candy particles can be evenly distributed within the bead (CV value ≤ 5%), supporting a multi flavor layered mixing process.
2. Fully automated integration
Unmanned operation from raw material feeding to finished product packaging, equipped with CIP online cleaning system, with cleaning time ≤ 15 minutes when switching products.
3、 Industry Applications
1. Pharmaceutical field
Used for producing seamless soft capsules, suitable for droplet molding of pharmaceutical preparations, can achieve automated production and comply with GMP standards.
2. Food sector
Used for the production of health products and food bursting beads, such as candy, magic bean bursting eggs, etc., its equipment supports efficient automation production, with a production capacity of over 6 tons per shift.
3. Cosmetics and tobacco industry
It can produce cosmetics explosive beads and cigarette explosive beads. The raw materials include vegetable oil, essence, etc. The equipment supports customized production plans.
