The DWJ series drip pill machine is a modern new dosage form production equipment for traditional Chinese medicine. Through the experimental pilot production of this machine, a solid foundation has been laid for automated mass production. This machine is widely suitable for pharmaceutical teaching demonstrations and process research in new drug research institutions.
The DWJ series drip pill machine consists of four systems. Below, the editor will briefly introduce them to you:
（1） Electrical control system:
The equipment panel is equipped with an electrical control panel and various parameter displays; The parameter settings are simple and intuitive, so you can operate according to the prompts from now on.
（2） Drug dispensing supply system: (This system is external and not configured at the factory; users can order separately if needed; this part is not shown in the attached diagram).
It consists of insulation layer, heating layer, seasoning bucket, electric deceleration mixer, oil bath circulating heating pump (motor is a speed regulating motor, ensuring that it does not exceed 150 revolutions per minute during adjustment), liquid output switch, compressed air conveying mechanism, etc.
Function: Place the medicinal solution and substrate into a seasoning bucket, mix them by heating and stirring to make a mixed medicinal solution of drip pills, and then transport it to the storage tank through compressed air.
（3） Circulating refrigeration system:
In order to ensure the roundness of the dripping pills and avoid the heat transfer from the dripping process and the heating plate of the cooling column to the coolant, which affects its temperature, we have adopted an imported combined refrigeration unit. The refrigeration unit controls the temperature of the coolant inside the refrigeration box through a stainless steel cooler, ensuring the smooth molding of the dripping pills.
（4） Dynamic drip collection system:
The liquid medicine in the storage tank is dripped into methyl silicone oil or liquid paraffin through the dropper. Under the action of temperature gradient (from high to low), the droplets are moderately and fully contracted into pellets under surface tension. Dropping pills have a smooth shape and uniform weight. The outlet of the cooling oil pump is equipped with a throttle switch, which controls the flow rate of the oil pump by adjusting the opening degree of the throttle switch, so as to maintain the balance of the liquid level of the coolant during the collection process.
